Low Carb Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Cornish hens
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves garlic, sliced
4 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves, minced
4 teaspoons fresh thyme, minced
2 bay leaves, cut in half

3 carrots, chopped
