Healthy Cranberry Orange Smoothie
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
2 bananas, cut into chunks
Honey (optional)
Handful of ice-cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Enjoy as a vitamin-rich winter breakfast drink.
